Could I add essential oil in it？ Dose the rosehip oil is base oil？ Yes you can add a few drops of essential oil to the Rosehip oil. It is a carrier (base) oil. Is it oil for hair? I bought this rosehip oil, and use it, mostly on my skin, but occasionally I will work a tiny bit of it into the ends of my hair when they look dry and frizzy. It absorbs instantly, and the ends curl.
